Name: Ashley Klein
Title: Human Resource Officer
Location: Kansas City, MO
Bio: Over the course of my career, I have worked in Accounting and HR for companies such as Block Real Estate Services, Sephora, and Manko Windows. In August 2018, I joined Garrison Management Group as an Accounting Associate to grow my career opportunities and utilize my knowledge and understanding of both Accounting and HR. I have since moved to primarily handling all things HR, including payroll, employee benefits, and our 401k. I’ve helped in growing the Garrison benefit portfolio, by adding Vision and Life Insurance options.
Originally from the Kansas City Area, I now live in Kearney, MO with my boyfriend Justin and our two crazy dogs Spaz and Mason. Outside of work you can find me at the gym (when it’s open haha), with friends and family, or doing anything from having a cookout to TopGolf or Breakout rooms. I love to cook but really enjoy baking and making candy the most. I’m also a crafter, and DIY-er, making anything from custom shirts to tumblers and home décor.
What you do at Axiom/how you serve our clients: I handle everything from payroll to employee benefits, as well as employee related issues. I do still serve our clients by helping out the accounting department with billing.
Fun fact: I love to bake, and craft.
How you got your start at Axiom: I applied for an accounting position not knowing about the company or much about politics at the time. Loved the opportunities I would have to grow my knowledge of not only my career, but of an industry I knew very little about.
